1. User provides a search query.

2. Agent parses the query and any filters (project, days, source).

3. Agent executes the `recall.py` script with the query and filters.

4. The script searches the indexed Claude and Codex sessions.

5. The script returns search results with file paths.

6. Agent displays the search results to the user.

7. User can then resume a session or read the transcript.
