1. Search codebase for model strings and API calls related to Sonnet 4.0, Sonnet 4.5, or Opus 4.1.

2. Update model strings to the appropriate Opus 4.5 string for the platform being used.

3. Remove the `context-1m-2025-08-07` beta header if present, adding a comment noting its removal.

4. Add the `effort` parameter set to `"high"` if requested by the user.

5. If the user reports issues, apply prompt adjustments for tool overtriggering, over-engineering, code exploration, or frontend design.

6. Summarize all changes made to the user.

7. Offer further assistance with prompt adjustments if needed.
